2. Course Registration & Admission

MIRAI Japanese Learning Centre may make reasonable changes to course schedules, trainers, locations, learning methods, or programme structure when necessary.

4. Counselling & Career Guidance
Our counselling services are intended to help candidates understand available Japanese language, education, and career pathways.
Counselling recommendations are based on the information provided by the candidate, their qualifications, interests, language level, and programme requirements.
Candidates are responsible for making their final decisions regarding their education and career pathway.
5. Examinations
MIRAI Japanese Learning Centre may provide preparation and mock examinations for examinations such as:
- JLPT
- JFT-Basic
- SSW-related examinations
Actual examination dates, eligibility requirements, examination formats, results, and certification are determined by the respective examination authorities.
MIRAI Japanese Learning Centre does not guarantee that a candidate will pass any examination.
6. Interview & Selection
Interview preparation and placement support are provided to help candidates prepare for opportunities with Japanese employers.
Candidate profiles may be shared with relevant Japanese partner companies or employers where appropriate and with the candidate’s participation in the applicable selection process.
Final selection decisions are made by the respective employer or organisation.
MIRAI Japanese Learning Centre does not guarantee selection, employment, salary, job position, or a particular employer.
7. Documentation & Visa Guidance
Candidates are responsible for providing genuine, accurate, valid, and complete documents required for their course, employment, immigration, or visa process.
Documentation guidance may include assistance regarding:

- Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

10. Fees & Payments
All applicable course, training, counselling, examination, documentation, or other service fees must be paid according to the applicable payment terms communicated by MIRAI Japanese Learning Centre.
Candidates should review the applicable fee structure and payment conditions before making a payment.
Any refund, cancellation, or transfer of fees will be subject to the applicable policy communicated for the relevant programme or service.
