Welcome to MIRAI Japanese Learning Centre (MIRAI JLC). By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, submitting an enquiry, attending training, counselling, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
MIRAI JLC provides Japanese language training, examination preparation, career counselling and Japan-related career support.
Our services may include:
Japanese language courses
JLPT, JFT-Basic and SSW preparation
Online training programmes
CM-FLIGHT-related training
Career counselling and pathway guidance
Mock tests and interview preparation
Documentation and pre-departure guidance
Placement and employer-interaction support

2. Registration & Eligibility
Candidates must provide accurate and complete information during registration or admission.
Eligibility requirements may vary depending on the selected programme. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission or services.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee admission.
3. Courses & Training
Course duration, schedules, trainers, learning methods and programme content may vary by course.
MIRAI JLC may make reasonable changes to schedules, trainers, locations or course structure when required and will communicate significant changes where applicable.
Students are responsible for attending classes and following programme requirements.
4. Examinations
MIRAI JLC provides preparation and mock tests for examinations such as JLPT, JFT-Basic and SSW-related examinations.
Actual examination registration, dates, eligibility, results and certification are controlled by the respective authorities.
MIRAI JLC does not guarantee examination success or a particular score.
5. Career & Placement Support
Career counselling and placement support are provided to help eligible candidates understand and pursue opportunities in Japan.
Employer selection, job availability, salary, position and employment conditions are determined by the respective employer.
MIRAI JLC does not guarantee employment, placement, a particular employer, salary or joining date.
6. Documentation & Visa Guidance
Candidates are responsible for providing genuine, accurate and valid documents.
MIRAI JLC may provide general guidance regarding documentation, COE, visa procedures and pre-departure requirements.
Visa, immigration and COE decisions are made by the relevant authorities. MIRAI JLC does not guarantee approval or processing time.
7. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must:
Provide truthful information and genuine documents.
Attend scheduled classes and activities.
Follow programme and examination requirements.
Maintain appropriate and respectful conduct.
Follow instructions provided by MIRAI JLC.
Fraudulent activity, false documents or serious misconduct may result in termination of services.
8. Fees & Refunds
All applicable fees will be communicated before enrolment or payment.
Refunds, cancellations or transfers are subject to the applicable programme or service policy.
Payment for a course or service does not guarantee examination success, employment, placement or visa approval.
9. Website Content & Third Parties
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and updated. However, course details, examination information, programme availability and external opportunities may change.
MIRAI JLC is not responsible for decisions, delays or services provided by examination authorities, employers, government bodies or other third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, images, videos, graphics and course materials, belongs to or is licensed to MIRAI JLC unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website or services may be used for registration, communication, training, counselling, examination and placement-related purposes.
Where necessary, relevant information may be shared with appropriate programme partners, employers or authorities.

MIRAI JLC provides training and guidance but does not guarantee examination results, employment, placement, salary, admission, COE approval, visa approval or a specific departure or joining date.
Decisions made by authorities, employers and other third parties are outside our control.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Assam, India.
